What I’m learning, is that other than identifying with the Nurse, Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Friend, all those labels I’ve allowed to define me for my entire life…other than these, I’m still a 13-year-old girl in a 50-something year old body…I’m a work in progress, a survivor, a tender heart, a tough negotiator, a music appreciator, an experimental cook, a peace-keeper, a book lover, a wine taster, an amateur photographer, a problem solver, a family historian, and so much more.
Conservative Libertarian Bohemian Revolutionary is my ‘tagline’, but those who understand me, understand this means: I loathe labels, and remain un-defined.

Just Ed Wish I could have… The best thing about organic Australian wines, zero preservatives and never once experienced a sulfite headache.

That is dumb.
And your friends can’t ship a case of nice Syrah or Shiraz?

Just Ed If I asked them to they would do it in a heartbeat. 🙂 But I’m not going to ask… We have pretty good Dry Farm organic wines from Oregon and Northern California that I enjoy. 🙂

Sterling G Leavitt, Jr Me Too! I’ve had the privilege to cook in some awesome kitchens, but this one at a beautifully restored plantation home in St. Augustine, Florida was one of my favorites. I’ve taken lots of photos of this one for that dream kitchen I’m planning to build someday. 🙂

Is that gas or electric stove, BobbieZen?

Just Ed Electric… Most stoves I’ve cooked on in Florida are… But at home, I prefer to cook with natural gas.
