That woman must just be horrible. Who sues a kid for damage from a hug? Too, I am having trouble seeing how any eight year could cause that much damage through a hug, not unless the kid is a frost giant or something!

Not a word I use frequently, nor one I feel deserves merit most of the time it’s thrown around.

Apparently, they toppled onto the lawn, and she probably put her hand out to break her fall and snapped her wrist. Terence Towles CanoteÂ
Regardless, the child has lost his mother a year ago (the aunt filed suit prior to the mother’s death) and she still didn’t see it fit to drop the case?
Truly a despicable human being.

This is a totally frivilous law suit tying up the court system. Â The article is right she is giving aunts, and others, a bad name. Â For heavens sake what is wrong with this woman? Â Great picture BobbieZen

BobbieZen I’d say she is despicable for suing him in the first place. A kid hugs her and she toppled to the ground and break her wrist? She should have chalked it up as an accident and go on, not sue the poor child! That she continued with the suit even after his mother died just makes it that much worse.

I can’t believe it went to trial! She should get a big award for being the most horrible auntie ever! Poor kid. đŠ

BobbieZenâ by her own admission in court, she said her nephew had an enthustic & exuberant love for her, so she should have been prepared to deal with a young boy!
