It was fun…and there’s a plus…I get to cook with wine, 🙂

Love lamb shanks and used 🍷 a lot of the time for recipes. The prices have crept up in the UK so now tend to go for lamb shoulder which is a wonderful bit of meat too! 😀👍🏻

I’ll post after pics…this particular recipe called for white wine so it was a bit different than most I found.
The garlic and leeks and onion smell good cooking right now!
