I got the coolest Christmas gift in 1972. It was an orange and white portable record player / radio. I also got a Donny Osmond album, and a Jackson Five Album that I wore the grooves out of, almost.
Funny how things that happened in Decade One can still affect us so profoundly in Decade Five.
Just call my name…..
I’ll be there. ❤
Let me fill your heart with joy and laughter, togetherness, cause it’s all I’m after….whenever you need me, I’ll be there.

What I’m learning, is that other than identifying with the Nurse, Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Friend, all those labels I’ve allowed to define me for my entire life…other than these, I’m still a 13-year-old girl in a 50-something year old body…I’m a work in progress, a survivor, a tender heart, a tough negotiator, a music appreciator, an experimental cook, a peace-keeper, a book lover, a wine taster, an amateur photographer, a problem solver, a family historian, and so much more.
Conservative Libertarian Bohemian Revolutionary is my ‘tagline’, but those who understand me, understand this means: I loathe labels, and remain un-defined.

I think I might too, Cilla C , considering I’ve listened 6 times tonight to MJ’s, have Mariah’s version burned to cd and dvd, and have Jackson 5’s Cover hanging on the wall in my boho bedroom.

❤ I've got this love/hate relationship with modern tech, J Thomas Horton . I'd much prefer listening to a voicemail I ignored and then responded to.

I fell in love with Johnny Mathis when I was 6 or 7, from the cover of his “Love is Blue” album of my mothers…he’s in white pants, sitting on a white fence and I thought he was BEAUTIFUL. 😀 Korinne M Jackman And yep, I can relate to that list up there, too. 🙂
